HR Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for the right person to join our HR team and assist with all HR activities in our exciting fast-paced environment. You will work as an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department in administrative and hiring activities.

Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.


  • Assist HRBP in all HR Initiatives.

  • Responsible for onboarding process.

  • Organize, maintain and ensures accuracy of personnel records, updating Internal HR Systems.

  • Supports in HR and Recruiting Documentation work like employment contracts, experience and relieving documents etc

  • Organize and support team for conducting Induction formalities.

  • Ensure Statutory compliances by coordinating with necessary stakeholders

  • Liaise with external partners, like labour consultants, insurance vendors, and prepares required reports and sending to the concerned team in timely manner to meet legal compliance.

  • Conducting and encouraging employees towards Employee engagement, Wellness and CSR initiatives through effective employee connect by keeping high level of motivation and enthusiasm and a desire to seek out for creative ways to engage with employees.

  • Point of contact for any pre-payroll audit reconciliations

  • Supports in entire recruitment process.

  • Actively engaged in the college hiring process.

  • Supports new hires for travel, accommodation and relocation assistance.

  • Delivering timely statutory and internal reports/dashboards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience is required.

Additional Qualifications

  • Several years of work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working on Payroll, HR software, like HRIS or HRMS or recruiting tool is a plus.

  • Candidate should have excellent Knowledge of MS Office applications

  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.

  • Ability to network effectively and build constructive work relationships across the Organization.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Labour Laws

  • Self-motivated and passionate

  • Experience supporting international staff and/or customer’s a plus.
