An exciting technical leadership opportunity to extend the renowned Simulink product platform to model and simulate large-scale multi-agent dynamic scenarios in application domains such as Automated Driving and Aerospace.


As a Senior Software Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and have an opportunity to influence product direction. You will be working on the core simulation platform, and be responsible for all stages of software development including requirements specifications, architecture, design, implementation, and testing.

You will be working in a large ecosystem and provide technical direction for an energetic and motivated growing team on

- Extending platform features for scenario simulation defining agents and specifying agent behaviors

- Simulation integration platform for large scale scenario simulations with dynamic agents

- Defining analysis and visualization tools

- Interfacing with key customers to drive requirements and design

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 5 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in/with C++

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong diverse programming skills (e.g. C++, Javascript, MATLAB)
  • Awareness of application domains for Simulink and MATLAB
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are a must for working relationships with remote teams
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Autonomous Systems Simulation (Aero, Auto, Industrial Automation) industry experience
