Challenge yourself at MathWorks, where the focus is on quality, creativity, and teamwork! We are looking for the right person to join our highly capable HR Operations team in providing administrative support for new hire onboarding/off-boarding, leave management, benefits, employee engagement, reporting and statutory compliance in our exciting fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the administration and operational support of our new hire onboarding process including reconciling upcoming hires, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into Workday, monitoring task completion, and following up appropriately.
  • Creation of offer letters usng Adobe Sign.
  • Responsible for conducting new hire orientation and HR connect for all new hires.  
  • Responsible for the administration and operational support for leave management, benefits and statutory compliance.
  • Responsible for performing routine audits and reporting on a timely basis.
  • Responsible for Employee off-boarding activities
  • Actively initiate employee engagement initiatives, organize events/webinars/workshops and ensure a positive and proactive employee environment that supports and meets the business needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Be the front-line support for staff and respond to staff queries in a timely manner.
  • Handling Vendor management.
  • Maintenance of electronic and physical staff files.
  • Provide administrative support to HR business partners.
  • Ability to do cross-team coordination and collaboration efficiently.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (ex. Workday) and technologies.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
  • Supportive team player with a drive to create a positive work environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in/with Workday

Additional Qualifications

Should have worked in a multi-national company.

Proficiency in Data Analytics, Workday, Adobe Sign, Power BI and Power Automate.
