Job Summary
An exciting opportunity to shape the simulation areas for the Simulink platform using our simulation via code generation technology! You will lead a team that provides the core infrastructure for accelerated and packaged simulations, which will be leveraged by automotive, aerospace, industrial automation, and communications domains.
Responsibilities
- Building a new simulation via code generation infrastructure, unifying existing solutions for Simulink platform
- Hiring and mentoring engineers
- Interfacing with key customers to understand requirements and deliver advance product functionality
- Defining key requirements for the core Simulink platform
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and 15 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required. 5 years management experience is required.
Additional Qualifications
- Strong programming skills (especially, C/C++)
- Experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in building software infrastructure
- Prior management experience is desirable but not required
