Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute MathWorks events (physical and online) across India, including webinars, seminars, tradeshows, and conferences.
- Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics such as venue and catering.
- Manage the entire event cycle, from pre-event planning to delivery and post-event evaluation.
- Research and negotiate contracts with venues, digital platforms, suppliers, and contractors.
- Utilize strong project management skills within a centralized event support model to ensure successful and streamlined event planning and execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external resources.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, execution, and respond to industry trends.
- Support in developing and implementing scalable event programs and processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Expertise with event management
- A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.

- Strong project and time management skills, with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Collaborative team player, effective in working within diverse, cross-functional teams
- Budgeting, negotiation, and vendor management experience
- Hands-on executor with a strategic, process-oriented mindset
- Proactive, creative problem solver
- Proven experience managing multi-track events and cross-team coordination
- Experience working in a central event service/support model preferred
- Tech industry experience a plus
