Job Summary

In this role, you'll support end-to-end recruiting activities, ensuring efficient processes, accurate data, and seamless candidate experiences across professional and campus hiring.
Responsibilities
Offer Management
- Manage offer letters, approvals, and candidate communications.
- Ensure timely and accurate offer delivery.
Interview & Candidate Coordination
- Coordinate interviews and hiring logistics.
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience across campus and professional hiring.
Recruiting Operations
- Maintain accurate recruiting data, documentation, and workflows.
- Resolve operational issues and drive process consistency.
Data & Reporting
- Manage ATS data and recruiting records.
- Create reports and dashboards to support hiring decisions.
Projects & Events
- Support recruiting initiatives, events, and hiring programs.
- Coordinate vendors, stakeholders, and project deliverables.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Drive automation and workflow improvements.
- Enhance operational efficiency and candidate experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is required.
Additional Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, recruiting coordination, or similar environments.
- Experience coordinating offer letter creation, interview logistics, onboarding activities, or candidate communication workflows.
- Good understanding of recruiting processes and the candidate lifecycle.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR tools, or recruiting platforms.
- Microsoft Excel skills, including comfort working with spreadsheets, tracking data, and preparing routine reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative and customer-service mindset when working with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders.
- Exposure to background check processes or onboarding compliance workflows is a plus.
- Experience using reporting and productivity tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, Adobe Sign, Workday, CRM platforms, or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience working in a multinational or global organization is a plus.
