This likely means your account is not associated with the license. Try the following solutions to resolve the issue:
- Click your name in the upper-right hand corner (next to My Account) and make sure you are logged in with the email address associated with the license.
- Clear your web browser's cache and cookies. For instructions on how to do so, consult your web browser's documentation.
- If you are the Licensed End User and you have the Activation Key, you can select "Link a License" or "Link an additional license" to enter your Activation Key to associate your MathWorks account with the license.
