Getting the following error,please help to solve it

??? Subscripted assignment dimension mismatch.
Error in ==> colordct at 54 ycbcrOutImg(:,:,1) = y_outImg;
Error in ==> NormalizeMeansegdemo at 83 Img=colordct(I);

y_outImg is either empty or is 3 or more dimensions (more likely)
