I am using MATLAB 7R14 with MATLAB Compilier 4.0.
Want to compile in conjunction with Visual C++ 2008 Express using Excel OLE in the programming.
Compiling from a ".m" file to a standalone ".exe" file to run on my MATLAB computers.
Do you still use the "mcc" command when compiling with C++?

You seem to want to use MS VC++ 2008 with MATLAB Compiler 4.0. I do see this as a supported compiler. See link: http://www.mathworks.com/support/compilers/1601_70.html Your best bet is to upgrade the MATLAB version (free if you have software maintenance from MathWorks)
