Cannot find SimMechanics, downloard it?

I want to work with SimMechanics, but I cannot find it in the MatLab. Am I supposed to download it?

SimMechanics is optional extra-cost for all standard licenses.
It appears you might perhaps be using Student Version. If so see http://www.mathworks.com/academia/student_version/companion.html for the packages available at extra cost.

is there another way to do Four-Bar Mechanism by using MatLAB?
