I run AD9361_QPSK testbensh multiple times. With each run the transmitter output and receiver outputs are different compare to transmitter input.
For example case 1- real input of transmitter maps to imaginary output of transmitter with inversion and delay and to that of imaginary output of receiver with delay, Img input of transmitter maps to real output of transmitter with delay and to that of real output of receiver with inversion and delay
case 2-real input of transmitter maps to real output of transmitter with inversion and delay and to that of real output of receiver with inversion and delay, Img input of transmitter maps to img output of transmitter with inversion and delay and to that of img output of receiver with inversion and delay
case 3- real input of transmitter maps to real output of transmitter with delay and to that of img output of receiver with inversion and delay, Img input of transmitter maps to img output of transmitter with delay and to that of real output of receiver with delay
I have attached documents showing all 3 cases.
Please go through those and let me know the reason dehind this randomness.

Check for phase combined with ampitude changes that have occured in input signals for given time duration

That can cause randomness in output signal
