My simulation stops advancing without warning or error

I am running a model with Simscape with hourly input data. I am using the variable step ode15s solver.

When I tried to simulate with input data for a month, the simulation stops advancing at around 60% of the runtime, without returning a warning nor an error. I have tried different dataset for a month and it also stops at around 60%. However it works perfectly, if I simulate half a month 2 times seperately with the same dataset.

I have thought about the possibility that the time step was too small, but usually there would be a warning for consecutive minimum time steps.

What are the possible reasons for such a problem?
