Same as your earlier post which I already answered (and it's attached again here). Benjamin is using fixed coordinates like I asked you about (but you didn't answer). In your original/earlier post I have posted an answer that doesn't depend on knowing the rows and columns of the 3 panels because it finds them automatically.

im = imread('image.jpeg');
im_top = im(1:30,:,:);
im_bottom_left = im(31:end,1:69,:);
im_bottom_right = im(31:end,70:end,:);
imwrite(im_top,'image_top.jpeg');
imwrite(im_bottom_left,'image_bottom_left.jpeg');
imwrite(im_bottom_right,'image_bottom_right.jpeg');
figure();
subplot(2,2,1);
imshow(im);
subplot(2,2,2);
imshow(imread('image_top.jpeg'));
subplot(2,2,3);
imshow(imread('image_bottom_left.jpeg'));
subplot(2,2,4);
imshow(imread('image_bottom_right.jpeg'));

I think you'll most likely need to use some image processing techniques like Image Analyst uses in his answer over there. I'm not really familiar with those techniques, sorry.
