How do I know the resolution of my images? (as attached)

Looks like the resolution in pixels is 128 by 128. I'm not sure of the field of view or number of mm per pixel. Maybe it's one of the private fields like Private_0061_107d.

Look at PixelSpacing to see the physical distance between pixel centers.
