You can make a table from your data and then populate the uitable "Data" property. First create the table:
mydata = table(A',B',C')
mydata =
3×3 table
Var1 Var2 Var3
____ ____ ____
10 2 1
20 3 3
40 44 5
Then assign this value to the data property in the uitable
app.UITable.Data = mydata;

The error says "All variables must have the same number of rows." It sounds like xn, ac, and dy are different sizes. When you transpose them with the ' they should all be the same number of rows.
