It is against the license terms for any users to provide the license codes to anyone outside of their organization. Only Mathworks can provide those. MathWorks Support does not read these questions, so you will need to contact Mathworks Support for free installation assistance.

If you're using a license provided by your educational institution or company, first you should contact your educational institution or company's IT department (whoever manages your software licenses) for help installing that license.

If you purchased the license yourself (for example, if you bought the Student Version) you should have received the information and instructions for how to install via email. Check your spam folder in case the message was accidentally routed there.

If your IT department is unable to help you successfully install the product, if you can't find the email with the installation information or instructions, or if you are unable to install your license please contact Support.
