I have a normal distribution like this Normal(6,3) where 6 is mean and 3 is standard deviation. How to generate numbers from this.

I am not certain what you mean by ‘generate numbers’. If you want to generate random normally-distributed numbers with those parameters, this works:
N63 = 3*randn(1,10)+6;
It will generate a 10-element row vector of normally-distributed random numbers with a mean of 6 and a standard deviation of 3.
