How to detect Shape and Draw bounding box in the Image in MATLAB

Hello Everyone, I hope you are doing well. I have the following Image. I want to detect the Red area and draw the bounding box around it. and Label it as Class 1.
I attached the Expected Output Result
How can i do it in MATLAB
