ground station to satellite lat lon line

I have a lat, lon, alt for a ground station and a lat, lon, alt for a satellite.
I want to show a line connecting the ground station and satellite. I want the line to be in LLA space so I can plot it on the same surface map as the ground station. I've computer the az,el but not sure how to get that as a vector in LLA space.
Edit: I've attempted to use geoglobe but get an error related to my graphics card. Anyway to use the geoplot3 function without a globe? I would like to plot the line on a surface plot where I have terrain data. I'm going to eventually look for terrain intersections.
Thanks for your help, John

% Coordinates of the satellite and ground station
p.lat = [10 10.1]; p.lon=[40 42]; p.alt=[10000 100];
% Use geoglobe
uif = uifigure;
g = geoglobe(uif);
geoplot3(g, p.lat, p.lon, p.alt, "LineWidth", 2)

geoplot3 works only on globe.
One work around is to use surf for mapping data (with elevation) and use plot3 for the points in 3D.
