Error while set up ESP32

i have been trying to set up ESP32 into matalb but when i press programm i ketp reciving the error as shown in the picture

cmd.exe not recognized indicates one of the following:

• your installation might be significantly corrupted and you might need to reinstall Windows
• your PATH environment variable might have gotten mangled and needs to be fixed
• you might be trying to run your MATLAB on a fairly old version of Windows from the days when the executable was named command.com — if so then expect random parts of MATLAB and third party tools to break

I guess the second option is the issue thus,how can i fix it

The link shows only the way of adjusting the variable path but did not menstih which on has the issue. i mean which path i need to fix.The picture is the error that occurred in the command window but there are many things which one is the problem

Which windows version are you using? And what does the windows PATH environment variable currently contain?

I'm using windows 11 its working fine with the normal Arduino but this problem only appears with ESP32
