Why I do receive the error message pictured below when I try to launch MATLAB?
You do not have a valid license file.

This error occurs when the license information can not be read properly or has been corrupted. Therefore, new license information must be generated. 
You must be connected to the internet to generate new license information. 
  1. Confirm your connection status
  2. Confirm any antivirus software and/or firewalls are disabled
  3. Restart MATLAB
