Plotting heatmap of FWHM

Suppose I have a matrix with each column representing a spectral data for a particular point on a sample.
Therefore each matrix represents a line(collection of points). Now I have many such matrices(lines) scanning
the entire sample. How can I plot the FWHM of spectral data at each points (columns) of all the matrices(lines)
as a heatmap.(one axis being points and othere axis being lines).

You can use the ‘findpeaks’ function with the ‘WidthReference’ arument set to ‘halfheight’.
The ‘Determine Peak Widths’ example on the ‘findpeaks’ documentation page demonstrates the measurement of widths using half height as reference. The following is the documentation link:
