Why is the button to use MATLAB Online missing?

When I go to matlab.mathworks.com, the button to use MATLAB Online in the top right corner of the window is missing. Why?

Only certain licenses may use MATLAB Online. Please check this page to make sure you are on a license that supports MATLAB Online.
