Error: The server timed out while running and assessing your solution in MATLAB CODY

Error: The server timed out while running and assessing your solution in MATLAB CODY. How do I resolve this? My code is correct. I have run it on PC. But, when i submit in CODY the server throws an error.

Cody imposes a time limit of -- if I recall correctly -- 60 seconds when evaluating solutions. If your solution is correct but fails to run on the Cody servers within this amount of time, then you'll have to rework your solution to be faster, either by optimizing or by using a different, faster approach.
