  1. Matlab 2017b MEX has configured to use 'Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 (C)' for C language compilation
  2. simulink code setting chose corresponding make template
  3. during compiling, we still got the response as below:
### Processing Template Makefile: C:\DMFD\MATLAB\RTW\AMERTX_2022_x64.tmf
### Build procedure for model: 'demo_2016B' aborted due to an error.
An installed compiler was not detected. Certain simulation modes, as well as host-based coder builds require that a compiler be installed.

Please look-up this resource for a list of supported compilers for R2017b and work with your IT towards matching products.
I suggest trying a simple shipping demo first before trying your real project.
I also noticed the name of your model may point to a model created in an even older release. Also here it might be needed first to bring the model to R2017b successfully
