How can I send data from a GUI Window to a table in another GUI Window in AppDesigner?

I'm working on a project where I have to calculate 4 values for 3 different frequencies, totalling in 12 values. My teacher wants a table with all of these numbers to appear in a sepparate window. I can't seem to figure out how to send these numbers to another window. Each number is an individual variable.

The app that's calculating the numbers is called ParBifiliar, while the table app is called Tablas, if you could incorporate these names into the examples I would deeply appreciate it, I'm a noob and easily confused.

Create a uifigure(). Create a uitable() within the uifigure. Set the Data of the uitable to be a table() containing the values you want.
