Mesure the distance frame/spline in Simulink

Hi,

I'm currently working on the optimisation of the trajectory of an aircraft with simulink simscape multibody. Thus, I need to measure the distance between my flying object and a predefined trajectory, which I defined as a 3D spline.

But I don't know how to proceed.
