Hello,
I wrote a program consisting of 5 GUIs along with their .m codes. I used the compiler in the apps in a Matlab R2014a. However, it only lets me enter one matlab file as the main file, so I did that and added the rest of the .m codes and GUIs to the required files section. The problem is that only the first GUI will start, and would not call the other GUIs. Can anyone help please? my MCR version is (8) and I used mcrversion to obtain that.
Thanks Ali

Depending exactly how the other GUIs are invoked, you might need to use the
%#function
pragma in the code in order to tell the compiler that the other routines will be called. See http://www.mathworks.com/help/compiler/function.html
