How can I model flexible bodies in Simmechanics 2G which include both bending and torsion?

I have modelled flexible bodies using Lumped Parameter method. I would like to model it further, such that the beam bends in two direction and includes torsion as well. How do I implement torsion to the one-dimensional model.
