Steps: 1) Sample the input line voltage signal. Use a PLL for syncronization, the output of which is a unit mag sinusoidal signal inphase with the line voltage. 2) Prepare the ref current. This can be obtained by multiplying the required curret rms value with the PLL output. 3) Measure the input current 4) Calculate the error between the above two currents 5) Define a hystresis controller with the defined hystersis level. Relay block in simulink does this for you. Hystersis limits defines the switching frequency and THD. 6) Pass the output from hystersis to the switches directly.
It should give you the required output. ALL THE VERY BEST
