I am trying to simulate slotted aloha protocol. But need some direction how to start. The program is like below - For instance, let's assume that there are 10 computers and 50 slots of time. At slot 5, let us assume that there are two computers, C1 and C2 which wanted to access the channel. One of the computers, C1, will be given access to the channel while the other one, C2, will be provided a new slot time between 6 and 50 (let's assume it is 20). At slot 20, the program will check how many computers, if any, are requesting access to the channel (in addition to C2). This is basically done by running the random function and getting a number between 0 and X in addition to C2. If there are multiple of them, then the program will give access to one of the computers at random. If there is only C2 making the request (meaning that random function returned 0), it will give C2 the channel.
