The Bus Bar block has not existed in SimPowerSystems since R13SP1 in 2003.
This is because a Bus Bar on a power systems schematic indicates an important location to make measurements and does not represent a physical component in the system. Multiple physical signal lines can be connected together directly like they would in the physical world, without the use of a Bus Bar.
Some example models contain blocks which look like Bus Bars like the example at the following link:
However, in the example, the black blocks B1, B2, and B3, which look like Bus Bars are actually subsystems with black backgrounds and contain V-I Measurement blocks. You can see this by right clicking on a bus bar > Format > Background Color > White. Resize the subsystem to make the ABC inputs and outputs legible. Double clicking on the subsystem will show the measurement blocks inside. The example would still simulate if B1, B2, and B3 were removed and the lines corresponding to the same phase were connected directly together.
This is even more apparent in the example at the following link:
Here B1, B2, B3, and Bstatcom are simply Three-Phase V-I Measurement blocks with black backgrounds passing through the signals lines. They can be removed, the lines connected directly, and the model can still simulate.

Note that the Bus Bar mentioned here in the context of SimPowerSystems is distinct from the following Simulink blocks:
