If i have a transition from A TO B state(no condition on transition) From B I make transition to C(no condition) I observed B during action never execute; I tested this by putting a breakpoint on B for during action Is this normal ?

There is an unconditional transition from B to C, which means there is no during action. But you can see the action in B when you use
entry: out=...

I observed this behaviour also with a conditional action from B to C

Mathworks states during du Executes when the state is active and a specific event occurs
That means we need to put during action when we have events ? This doesnt make sense as i saw example from Mathworks where they increment variables in du: and they had no event
