I don't know what is i in that table. Is it "Unit"? Also, I don't know how fuel and Gen factor into it. Are you supposed to do a regression? And it just has PD, not Ploss and Pload. I suggest you ask your professor.
i show the units ,fuel factor come from the 3rd equation i.e. Fi(Pi)=.... actually i am going to minimization of the fi(pi)=.... in presence of incoming power demand PD=Pload and removed Ploss
