Dear all Tektronix cum Matlab Experts,

I would like to ask the procedure/code on capturing real-time data (data logging) using Tektronix TDS1000/TDS2000 and TPS2000 oscilloscope.

There is a good example in the documentation. You may want to start from there and modify according to your needs.
