How to apply Generalized Gaussian function to a subbands of DWT of grayscale image with pdf of α and β parameters

I want to model a grayscale image using Generalized Gaussian function (PDF) using α and β parameters. The generalized Gaussian distribution function with parameters α and β is applied on each subband coefficients for the goodness of fit of the Gaussian function.
