hi everyone I will use .dat files(taken from MIT-BIH Arrhythmia Database-physionet) for ECG signal analysis in MAtlab. I drew the signal in matlab with using interface (gui). I see a signal. this signal is extended form of ecg. Is this true? you can see i draw signal for 100.dat file

How can you possibly expect someone to answer this question without further details?

"I see a strange signal" is not a really helpful description of the problem.

That bears no resemblance to any EKG I ever read. Download the record as a .mat file instead.

If you are not familiar with .mat files, see the documentation for the save, load and matfile functions.

As if the ecg is in a zoomed state (for only time axis). But I am not sure

There is something wrong with the way you are reading the file. Download the EKG as a .mat file. That will eliminate the problem with reading it.

Be sure to record the sampling frequency (Fs) as well.

Note that not all PhysioNet records are EKGs. There are EMGs, ENGs, and other recordings as well.

What is this one? It is not possible to copy and paste the text from the PhysioNet ATM window, but it would help if you could do a screen capture of the PhysioNet ATM with this record highlighted so we can determine what it is.
