How can I convert an adjacency matrix to its corresponding node list?Please help.

I have an adjacency matrix

 A = 0     1     1     1     1     0
     1     0     1     1     1     1
     1     0     0     1     0     1
     1     1     1     0     1     1
     1     0     1     1     0     1
     0     0     0     0     1     0

I want to get the output as:

     1     2
     1     3
     2     3
     1     4
     2     4
     3     4
     1     5
     2     5
     4     5
     2     6
     3     6
     4     6
     5     6
