How to show the classification result with color contour in the original rgb image?

I'm classifying cancer and non-cancer cells within an image using svm. I want to contour the cancer cells with red colour and non-cancer cells with green colour. For the attached image, I cropped out three sub-images to classify each cell separately. How can I do that? I want to show like this:
