find inter-related intersection between multiple 2D matrix plots (5000 matrices)

Hello dear friends, I am having mutliple 2D plots of curves (5000 2D curves) saved as 2D matrices (5000 matrices). I need a function that can extract the 2D indexes of all the interrelated intersection points among all of the curves. Note that the curves are completely randomized, shifted and rotated and do not have a common origin point. I know there is a way to do this by simple division or subtraction between two curves to get their corresponding intersections, however for 5000 curves, it will be so difficult to do this for all the combinations for all curves to get the intersections in this manual process. My ultimate goal is to plot only the interrelated intersection points as they represent certain density distribution and remove the curves themselves from the plot.
