Polyspace stuck at 83 percent at startup

Hello,

when I start Polyspace Bug Finder or Code Prover, the startup of the software will not be finished. It stucks at 83 percent loading screen - see attachment. Related computer got recently an update of the operating system from Windows 7 to Windows 10.

I can not kill Polyspace task in Windows task manager to get rid of crashed Polyspace windows, I need to kill a task called C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2016b\sys\java\jre\win64\jre\bin\javaw.exe (Java Platform SE binary) to remove the Polyspace windows.

I de-installed and re-installed complete Matlab, but this does not solve the issue.

I use Matlab 2016b on Windows 10 Enterprise 2015 LTSB. I get the same issue when I run Polyspace 2014a on the same machine.

Any idea how I can fix this?
