while calculating correlation coefficient of training dataset using these command lines
[net, info] = train(net, p',data') % p input and data target / the info will contain the masks
input_train = p(info.trainMask{:}==1)
target_train = data(info.trainMask{:}==1)
net=feedforwardnet(10);
net = configure(net,input_train,target_train)
y=net(input_train)
Rt=corrcoef(y, target_train)
facing error like "X and Y must have the same number of elements." kindly let me know how to get out of it?

size(train) and size(target_train) what do you get? Can you post the result here?
