Is there a formal definition of a perfect or pure image that I am missing?

so you want to somehow fit a perfect circle to your blob? I have seen this optical disc several times on this forum, and I have a vague memory of Image Analyst already providing some code for fitting a circle to the disc.

so inside image analyst i can find how can i fit it properly ??

that's not what I said. Try googling something like
