I have a 3D plot of pore network which uses lines of different colours. Is there a way that I can convert those lines to tubes?

I have the figure on the right with lines. I want to convert this into something like the blue cube which uses "3Dlines" like tubes.Or may be if I can export the matlab code to any other imaging software to draw a much better image with good visuals. It would be really nice if someone can help. Thank you.

YOu can increase the linewidth.....or you may considering plotting cylinder of specified radius along the lines.
