fitCSVM: difference option 'OutlierFraction' and 'nu'

When using fitcsvm for one class svm, you have the option 'OutlierFraction' and 'nu'. What exactly is the difference and how does the optimization function look like in dual and primal form when using both nu and outlierfraction?
