Superimposing plots such that they exactly match

Hi, I have to plot data from different structures such that they exactly match when superimposed. For example, I have numerical data in fields from two different structures. These data look as shown below when plotted. I want to plot them in such a way that the patterns exactly match, i.e. the respective peaks and troughs from the two sets align when superimposed. How can it be done? I have attached the data files below. I would also like to extend this to more than two sets of data. Thank you!
