When i type guide the interface doesnt pop up

I type in my code box

guide

and it doesnt react to this?

Can someone please help, i must be missing something very obvious.

Do you have a variable with that name or your own function with that name? What does

What exactly is "your code box" and do you press Enter afterwards?

My code box literally is blank apart from the word 'guide'. The first time i typed 'guide' on a different script it worked but since then i restarted my pc and made a new script as i couldnt get the guide to open up again.
