Every time i try to run code on mathimatica to run in matlab the matrix dimention change and this error appear

mohamed - what is the code that you are running? Is Mathematica code guaranteed to execute without error in a MATLAB environment? (I don't know myself...)

it is dynamics code , the conclusion is that i have 10x10 coffucent matrix for left hand side , and 1x10 for right hand side of system equations.

in mathimatica the size show right matrix coffiecients.

when try to use ode45 in matlab to solve the problem numerically the cofficeinet marix dimention changes in matlab

I do not know which code you are actually using, so it is not clear why the Mathematica code might somehow interface with MATLAB.

I suggest you look at the first example in https://www.mathworks.com/help/symbolic/odefunction.html and work through it to have the arrays and functions automatically generated from the equations.
