MATLAB does not start with the following message : System Error : 0x000036b1, The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail. Please help!

I understand that you are having issues while starting the MATLAB version R2018a ,
