sir did you find wlan tool box ? if yes please suggest me if 2019 version has wlan tool box

R2016a and later.
Note that it is not available for Student licences.

Yes, it is available for Standard (commercial/professional) licenses, and Educational licenses. It was not available for Student licences or Home licenses.
